When you first get up in the morning you’re as tired as can be, and you just want to know what the day brings. The people down at CBS’s the Early Show do just that; however, we may need to be getting used to some new faces in our morning routine.
Two anchors Maggie Rodriguez, and Harry Smith have just been fired, along with weather anchor Dave Price. While changes like this always happening in the news business the fact that Price was replaced by Marysol Castro has caused a large uproar. She was an anchor for one of The Early Show’s main competitor ‘Good Morning America’ on ABC.
Rodriguez had been an anchor for three years, Price had been at CBS for eight years and Smith had worked there for 17 years. Some say they were fired to improve ratings which might help this being only the third change in the shows 13-year history.

I do not find this a hindrance on their morning show. We are creatures of habit and if our habit is to watch the Early Show then we will do just that.
